Documents required for shipment to Argentina
It is mandatory to submit the original identification
card with less than 10 years of dispatch and in good
condition, or current passport (not expired), for
shipment to Argentina.
Not accept any other document like a driver's license or
class.
Children and adolescents
It is mandatory to possess an identity card or passport
updated.
In cases of foreign travel is not required to permit the
court if the child or adolescent under 18 years, is
accompanied by both parents, guardian, or third person
having custody of the child or teenager indefinitely.
When traveling in bell only one parent, the other must
authorize in writing, notarized, and shall in any event,
the authorization document from the current picture of
the child or adolescent.
Only in three cases the parents should seek the
Childhood and Youth in order to obtain judicial
authorization for their children to travel:
