ART.1º- ORGANIZATION.
1. 44º National Celebration of “Fishing of the Gilded one with Capture and Return” are organized by the Municipality of Passage of the Mother country and it will be made between days 17 to 19 of August, in the mentioned locality located in Department of San Cosme, Province of Currents, Water Argentine Republic of the Parana river.
2. In the present edition two competitions will take place embarked of fishing and return, being made the first of them day Saturday 18 with the denomination “Prize ............................................” and the second day Sunday 19, being called “Prize .............................................................”

ART.2º- INSCRIPTIONS.
1. The cost of the Inscription will be of $ 300,00 (weights three hundred), include 3 (three) cards for the supper show (it does not include drinks) and the participation in all the predicted drawings.
2. To the equipment that registers until the 30 of Julio one will discount the inscription in $ 50,00 (weights to them fifty) reason why will have to pay single $ 250.00 (weights two hundred fifty), after this date cost will be the mentioned one in items 1 of article 2.

ART.3º- ZONE OF FISHING.
1. It is defined as Zone of Fishing for 44º Celebration National of Fishing of Gilded with Capture and the Return field that goes from the zone of zone of cables, in Km. 1219 (waters down), until the North end of Isla Toledo (waters above). SINGLE IN JURISDICTION WATERS ARGENTINA.

ART.4º- FISHING ARTS/FISHING ELEMENTS.
1. The fishing will be made within the limits established allowing the following arts of it fishes: a) Boats in movement by means of eriva system; b) Boats in movement by means of the system of drag or trolling; c) Spining; d) Fly Cast or fishes with fly.
2. One will be used 01 (one) cane and reel by fisherman, plummets, free bait (according to the modality selected), a single simple hook of nobody measurement by cane, to leader nongreater to 50 cm; nylon no superior to 0.40 mm, multi filament nonsuperior to 24 pounds. PARTICIPANT ART.5º-/EQUIPMENT.
1. The equipment to participate will be satisfied of up to three (3) fishermen by boat. They will be able to have guide or single helmsman who will not be able to fish and will limit a to collaborate with the armed one of the equipment of fishing and in measurement of the pieces in the presence of the Water Public prosecutor.
2. The boats must have the documentation to day and all the elements of security demanded by Naval prefecture Argentina.
3. The person in charge of the boat will have to count on card of updated helmsman. Who celebrates of helmsman it must have its updated card.
4. Each equipment will exhibit in the frontal part of boat the number corresponding to the inscription, for its identification on the part of the public prosecutors.
5. The participants must have License of Fishing Sport, granted by the direction of Fauna and Flora of the Province of Currents or similars of others provinces, that could be asked for, at the moment of the inscription, in Park Closed before the released one of the Match or during the development of he himself.
6. The minors of 18 years will have to participate in company of its parents, ordered tutors or or with one authorization written on the part of such and sealed by competent authority.

HOUR ART.6º- OF INITIATION AND TERM.
1. The competitions will begin to 10:00 hours of day 18 of August and will finalize to 16:00 hours of same day having a duration of 6 hours.
Identical schedule will have the competition of day 19.
2. The equipment and Boats will have to appear a “Park Closed” in the coast of the Amphitheatre Piním Palma to 09:00 hs., where they will be inspected by personnel of Naval Prefecture Argentina and the Public prosecutors of the Match having to credit all the necessary documentation he stops navigation in boats and the practice of the fishing sport.

ART.7º- PRIZES.
1. The following ones will be classified and awarded categories.
a) EQUIPMENT BETTER CLASSIFIED - of 1º to 5º Put. Cumulative.
b) GREATER PIECE - of 1º to 5º Put. Individual by competition
c) LADY BETTER CLASSIFIED (classification by sum of individual points in case of tie will be defined by drawing). Individual by competition
d) FISHERMAN DE MAS OF 400 KM BETTER CLASSIFIED (classification by sum of individual points in case of tie it will be defined by drawing). Individual by competition
e) FOREIGNER BETTER CLASSIFIED (classification by sum of individual points in case of tie he will define himself by drawing). Individual by competition

ART.8º- CLASSIFICATION.
1. The participant equipment will be identified with colors of flags different from the aims to facilitate its identification.
2. All the pieces of the species will be classified GILDED, “salminus brevidens and salminus brasiliensis” that they are obtained, without minimum measures.
3. To the aims of the Classification it will be considered “Greater Piece” to the one of greater length, in case of tie it will define by greater amount of pieces obtained by participant and finally by drawing between participants in dispute.
4. The classification by “Equipment” will be from the sum total of points obtained in both competitions, in case that some equipment could not compete in one of the matches, the puntaje obtained will be considered in competition that participated. 10 points will be granted by piece plus the length overall of each one of them, example: if a piece measured 55 cm. to this the 10 will be added to him mentioned points reason why the puntaje obtained from that it captures will be of 65 cm. The pieces will be moderate from snout (closed mouth) until the superior end of tail if this finished in millimeters, will be written down directly the subsequent whole centimeter, example: if it measured 70.3 cm. 71 cm. will be written down in the list. In case of tie, will be defined by greater amount of pieces obtained and if this it continues, by the greater piece and if still it persisted by drawing between the participants tied.
5. It will be obligatory all the equipment to conserve lists of control and control given by water public prosecutors at the moment of the capture. Without same reclamation will not be admitted some.

ART.9º- CONTROL.
1. The competition, will have a General prosecutor who will be Maxima authority of the test and that will make fulfill dispositions of the present Regulation. In order to control it will have to its position Fiscal of Water, Planilleros and Assistants in Mesa de Control located in the Amphitheatre Piním Palma.
2. The participants will have to communicate the public prosecutor of zone, the capture of the piece through signal use visible shaking a color cloth that will be provided by the Organizers. The piece will have to remain in water, within the obstinate flake or by the bow until arrival of the public prosecutor, being able to be extracted the hook or artificial and to continue in the fishing act.
3. Once measurement the piece by the Water Public prosecutor, will be given back to the alive water, this will be computed valid when one moves away by his own means; to the participant him it will give a receipt by the obtained piece, signing conformity of the measurement.
4. Any situation that could put in doubt performance of the Water Public prosecutors or the fishermen participants will be solved by the General prosecutor, who he will receive the complaints and/or denunciations until the thirty later minutes to the closing of the competition.
5. The General prosecutor will be able to modify the schedules of initiation and term of the competition, with previous warning, by any cause that therefore justifies it or by indication of the authorities of the P.N.A., when meteorological conditionses are adverse and will be in danger the security of the people and boats.

ART.10º- PENALTIES.
1. El/los equipment will be disqualified that:
a) It is verified that they have started off, from the Park Closed, before the Official signal of beginning of competition.
b) The equipment that will fish outside the limits established in the article 3º.
c) Present in control table or it is verified possession of a piece of the species Golden or of any species.
d) During the test it will bother in visible form to others competitors.
e) The equipment that violated the established thing in the Article 4º Interjections 1 to the 4.
f) It will have possession or use of the boat hook in boat. Its use this prohibited in the Match. It will be allowed the use of caps, flakes, bows or similars.
g) All piece that undergoes mutilations that put in danger its life, by I mistreat in the extraction, or product of bad arts of the participant, will give reason a the disqualification of the equipment and the acquittal of all points obtained until the moment.
h) Receive aid of any class on the part of others competitors, or third people other people's to competition. Also the one will be disqualified so much that it gives like that it receives the aid, if both with competitors. Saving the situations that could to jeopardize the integrity of some of the participants or equipment.
2. All disqualified equipment will have to retire of the zone of fishing, previous delivery of control cards, the elements will be seized or that have motivated disqualification. The authority will have to put record of the fact of the infraction and to in writing leave copy to sanctioned equipment, that will be sufficient notification.
3. All equipment that underwent the disqualification, no it will not have access to the prizes like thus either to drawings nor to reclamations of I refund of money by part of the Organizers.

ART.11º- DRAWINGS.
1. The drawing of the prizes will be made glove development of the supper that will be carried out in Municipal Polideportivo complex day 19 of August a to divide of 21:00 hs.
2. The beneficiaries of the drawings, to retire su/s premio/s will have to credit the payment of the inscription by means of the presentation of the receipt that opportunely him he was given, or in the same supper or within thirty (30) days later to the accomplishment of drawing in the situated Municipal Palace in street 25 of May 518 (3409) Tel/Fax: 03783-494300.

ART.12º- GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS.
1. The Organizers reserve the admission right of the fishermen or the intervening equipment.
2. The Organizers do not take responsibility by accidents or losses that could happen to him to participants, assistants of such or third people.
3. One of the members of the equipment will have to sign present Regulation to conformity and in representation of such.
4. The ignorance of the present will not be allowed regulation, its introductions and/or interpretations. -
